Inferel User Content Disclaimer
Users ("Users," "you") are solely responsible for any content they create, post, share, or transmit through Inferel's services ("Services"), (collectively, "User Content").
Inferel expressly disclaims any liability arising from User Content, including without limitation claims related to defamation, infringement, offensive or harmful material, or violations of privacy rights. Inferel does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any User Content.
Inferel is not responsible for monitoring User Content, but reserves the right to remove or disable access to any User Content that it determines, in its sole discretion, violates Inferel's Acceptable Use Policy (as may be updated from time to time) or is otherwise objectionable.
By using the Services, Users acknowledge and agree that:
- Users will not upload, submit, or transmit any User Content that violates Inferel's Acceptable Use Policy, as may be updated from time to time, or any applicable law;
- Inferel assumes no responsibility or liability for User Content, and that any reliance on such content is at the User's own risk; and
- Users shall indemnify and hold harmless Inferel from any claims or damages arising from their User Content.
Relationship to Other Policies
This Disclaimer supplements Inferel's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Inferel's collection, use, and retention of User Content submitted through the Services (including any applicable restrictions on using private User Content to train public base models) is governed by the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, not by this Disclaimer.
