Inferel Acceptable Use Policy
1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs the use of Inferel AI Inc's services, systems, and resources ("Inferel," "we," "us," or "our," and together, the "Services"). This Policy applies to all individuals and entities who access or use the Services ("Users," "you").
This Policy supplements and should be read together with Inferel's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. All Users must comply with this Policy so that the Services remain safe, lawful, and reliable for the broader community of Users who depend on them. If any provision of this Policy conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will control.
2. General Use
Users must access and use the Services lawfully, ethically, and responsibly. Without limiting the Terms of Service, Users may not use the Services to create, generate, request, upload, post, share, transmit, or otherwise process any content, prompt, output, model, or data that:
- Constitutes or contains Not Safe For Work content, including hate speech, explicit descriptions of illegal activity, sexually explicit content, pornography, graphic violence, or content that targets any protected group for harm or discrimination;
- Involves abuse, harassment, offensive remarks based on race or ethnicity, defamation, violations of personal privacy or publicity rights, bullying, or libel;
- Discriminates against, incites, promotes discrimination against, or is otherwise abusive toward any person or group based on sex, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, age, disability, ancestry, national origin, appearance, or any other characteristic;
- Incites, encourages, or creates a risk of death, violence, disability, physical or mental harm, emotional distress, or disfigurement to any person;
- Encourages or creates a risk of harm, loss, or damage to any asset, system, or infrastructure, including the Services themselves;
- Facilitates child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or any other harm to minors;
- Promotes or facilitates illegal activity, including the sale of illegal products or services;
- Infringes the intellectual property rights, data privacy rights, or other rights of any third party;
- Discloses information or content without proper legal, contractual, or fiduciary authorization;
- Engages in or promotes fraudulent activity, or shares false, deceptive, or misleading information;
- Consists of political advertisements or materials, or any content, that does not comply with applicable law or that could disrupt the safe and respectful environment Inferel seeks to maintain; or
- Otherwise engages in, facilitates, or promotes any illegal activity.
Users also may not use the Services to attempt to circumvent rate limits, usage restrictions, or safety mitigations built into the Services, or to reverse engineer, extract, or replicate the underlying models made available through the Services, except as expressly permitted under the Terms of Service.
3. Enforcement and Amendment
Inferel reserves the right to monitor, moderate, and remove content, and to suspend or terminate a User's access to the Services, where it reasonably believes this Policy has been violated.
Users are encouraged to report suspected violations of this Policy to Inferel's support team.
Violations of this Policy may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of access to the Services. Serious violations may also be referred to the appropriate legal authorities.
Users shall indemnify and hold harmless Inferel from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their activity in violation of this Policy.
Inferel may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Services after any such update constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
By using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy, acknowledge Inferel's sole discretion in enforcing it, and confirm that you understand and agree to Inferel's User Content Disclaimer.
